  1. Slightly more expensive than quick lock but better review by Thanos on 5/21/2019
    Overall Rating

I purchased the quick lock system only to discover that large hands won't fit through the opening once the glove is attached...

The glove lock provides more room and a superior locking mechanism. Very happy with the purchase.

  2. Secure fit and easy to use review by Eric on 5/14/2019
    Overall Rating

While the rings are a little large, the gloves are easy to install, attach, and detach with just a twist of the locking ring. The one time I've experienced a leak, it was because I misaligned the rings like an idiot. I like to dive with minimal air in my drysuit, and these have made a world of difference between a cold and warm dive.

Great product. Rings install without much difficulty. Easy to doff/don the gloves. Same high quality as every other Si tech product I have used.

  4. If you have the Si Tech Quick Cuff system, then this is a must have! review by Derek on 5/16/2018
    Overall Rating

When I was considering a field replaceable seal system for my only non-DUI drysuit, I took several things into consideration. First was reliability. Next was ease of use. Finally, the total cost of the system, including replacement seals and gloves. The winner in all categories was the Si Tech Quick Cuff system, including the Glove Lock system. While the is a push on glove system, as well as a simple pull-over seal, this one is the most secure and easiest to don and doff. And when it comes to replacements, you can't beat the cost of only replacing an inexpensive waterproof glove, and not the entire glove and seal. Yes, it is slightly bulkier than other systems, but I'm not going to be reaching into confined spaces while I'm wearing my drysuit.

  5. Works great review by kerneels on 11/20/2017
    Overall Rating

Overall great product and works well. I had some difficulty installing the system on my existing drysuit ring system with latex bottle seals. The seals were quite thick and I could not get the "spanner ring" seated with the seal. I switched over to silicone seals (the bottle seals leaked over my bony wrists anyway) and it took me only a few minutes to install after that. Take care not to get the little equalizer hoses stuck in the lock ring as the glove will not properly seal like that. I cut the hose in half and let only a small bit protrude from each seal, and that worked well. Nothing beats diving with warm, dry hands and this system is perfect for it and well worth the cost.

Simply a great pair of dry gloves. I had them installed in 10 minutes after watching a 5 minute YouTube video. I had no issue self donning the gloves and they kept my hands warm and dry. They are not cheap but worth every penny.

  8. great gloves review by andrew on 9/5/2017

Bought this to add to my drysuit, was very easy to install took only a few minutes. Secures tightly onto the drysuit and allows you to keep your wrist seal so it provides a secondary seal as well. Keeps my hands (with the liners) quite warm in our local quarries which seem to stay around 38 degrees in some of the deeper parts.

  9. Highly recommend review by Jessy on 3/19/2017
    Overall Rating

Recently purchased and recently used. These gloves are easy to install and easy to don/doff. They can be a little finicky when trying to line them up, but even that only takes a couple extra seconds. I'm intserested to see how the equalization tubes work at deeper depths (first dive was an ice dive to 35 feet), but at 35 feet and 37 degrees, they performed exactly as I was hoping for.

  10. Great dry gloves review by Wayne on 8/12/2016
    Overall Rating

This is my first and only set of dry gloves. Everything seems high quality and sturdy. The rings are rather large and it a slight annoyance at times having the hard ring around your wrist versus just having standard seals and wet gloves, but so much warmer in cold water.

  11. Easy Install, Warm Dry Hands review by Jared on 6/26/2016
    Overall Rating

System was pretty easy to install. I had a bit of a hard time putting the ring on my dry suit due to Pinnacle having really thick latex seals. The fact that I can change out gloves really easy and that my wrist seal is still a viable seal means that I can keep diving even if I tear a glove. You can't go wrong with this system

  12. Great System review by Ryan on 5/25/2016

I bought this to go with my permanent ring system and couldn't be happier. Easy to install and so much better then my previous glove system. Manufacturer directions a little lacking and confusing but the videos on YouTube that the folks at Dive Right In put out are such a big help.

  13. Amazing review by Jeff on 2/13/2016
    Overall Rating

Purchased these in store a few days ago just prior to an ice dive. In the past I had struggled with latex seal dry gloves, and could never get them to sit properly over my suit seals without 10 minutes of someone else's help. The general rule was wear dry gloves, get wet hands. I installed this system on to my TLS drysuit in about 10 minutes. The gloves couldn't be any easier to get on and off, and now I'm completely self sufficient getting dressed. Came out of the water with dry hands. Couldn't be happier.

Nice rings, but I have to work a little to get my big hands through. Pretty easy to install if you follow the directions. First time I used them I had a small leak, so make sure that you have the outer ring fully locked before you go under.

  15. great gloves review by Brandon on 3/7/2015

They weren't overly difficult to install...but I read all of the directions carefully and watched all of the videos on here. Otherwise, it would have been substantially more difficult to install. Once installed, they were great. The yellow glove inserts keep my hands warm in 44 degree quarry water.

    Great buy!

  16. Easy once you figure it out review by Ari on 10/1/2014
    Overall Rating

Super quick to change out the gloves and suit-side, but there was a slight learning curve as i initially used rings that weren't thick enough on the suit-side, which led to the suit going into the ring too far, which led to the glove-side ring not being able to lock properly. Once that was sorted, all is good. Just make sure you pull real hard to ensure you have the proper fit once glove is on the suit. Also, the rings are quite large, considerably larger than the pics suggest, which may be a problem for some.

I have been using for four months with one leak (my fault, not careful enough on a night dive). Overall pretty happy with them, easy to self don and doff and big enough to get my hands through.

Have used for 6 months now without issue. No leaks, easy install. Easy to get on and off. The ring itself is a little large for me and I almost wish I got the oval system, but for now I'm happy with the product.

Having used Diving Concepts gloves without problems for 12 years, I was disappointed that we can no longer get them. I installed these Si Tech gloves on my new suit with high hopes, but am VERY disappointed. They leak constantly for me and all others I know who have them. On a recent trip to BC, 2 of us ended up removing them and going back to wet gloves.

I have used many dry glove systems over the years. Being a Canadian cold water diver they are mandatory. This locking system has been the best i have encountered, it is extremely easy to take off and put on without help like so many others. You can purchase cheap generic gloves to go with the system that you can change out easily. The locking feature gives you peace of mind. I have not yet had any leakage at all.

Works great! Super easy to take on and off. Make sure to watch the video DRIS made, it makes the install even easier. Dove in Clear Lake, OR at about 38 degrees and my hands were warm with the liners. DRIS was super helpful as well, I called them with a few questions and they were great. Plus fast shipping!

I received the glove lock ring system about a week ago and finally got to use them. They installed easily over my zip seals and after 3 dives of about 45 minutes each in 45 degree water my hands were dry and warm. I highly recommend this system.

(I had a 450 word review written here, but the comment system dumped it when I tried to submit while forgetting the rating - grrr!)

Anyway -- Yup, they work nicely. Diving with warm dry hands rocks! They install just like DRIS shows in the videos. The gloves are the spec dry glove and the liners work - they're warm! I tried some thinner liners but they weren't as warm, and in the water really not any more flexible. I like the idea that I can substitute different gloves cheaply, and even perhaps of other thicknesses depending on availability just by choosing a different inner ring. (Gotta find some in red to match my Fusion Bullet!)

DRIS shipped quickly. I dove wet gloves one weekend, decided to order the rings, and had dry hands the next weekend. Watch the DRIS videos, they help.

I had DRIS install this system on my dry suit last yr. They took a few dives to get use too, but they seem to work fairly well. I did have a prob with the left ring/glove leaking from time to time. I still don't what was going on. Other then that. I will put them on my next suit. I wish the price was a little less. Some pricey plastic rings...

I had the Glove Lock System added onto my Hollis Biodry when i purchased it from DRIS. I am very happy that i did. The system is very easy to use and works well with the recommended gloves. It is reasonably simple to lock on and off with one hand. The wrist seal can be kept as well which is great in the event that you get a glove leak. A great overall dry glove system.

These rings are nice, seem high quality and durable, easy to lock and unlock, but man they are BIG in diameter.

I bought these to replace my diving concepts pry off rings, and the diameter difference between the two in on the order of 2 centimeters.

I will be returning them and going with the new oval shaped rings.

working with DRIS is always a pleasure

The Si Tech Glove Lock Dry Glove System. I puchased this system for my wifes Whites Fusion dry suit which came with the Si Tech Quick Cuffs allready installed. The installation of this system only took a few minutes and was extreamly easy even though I had never done anything like this before. The system has performed flawlessly and my wife loves doning with gloves off, in fact she has to help me cause my suit has perm. mounted gloves but I dont mind. DRIS service, pricing, shipping and reward points will keep me coming back. Thanks for a great dive shop

I saw this system recommended on Scubaboard. I was frustrated by having DUI zip seals and dry gloves attached and no opportunity to take the gloves off between dives or whenyou're trying to get dressed. I installed this with an old set of latex wrist zip seals and it worked perfectly. No leaks and I could don the gloves with a simple twist by myself right before diving, after getting dressed. Great system.

I have this system on my drysuit in use with the permanent rings and silicone seals. This system works great! It is super easy to put the gloves on and they stay on tight and secure with no leaking. This makes it very easy to keep the gloves as the last thing that is donned to maintain the freedom of having your hands free to work on the rest of your gear. This is also a nice big system, so if you have really big hands this is the solution you want to go with. Although it is a bit pricey, this is by far the best. DRIS as always has excellent customer service!

These were pretty easy to install once I watched the video on here and have worked flawlessly! The only thing that I have had issues with has been that they can be kind of hard to lock yourself with dry gloves and liners on. Other than that I would recommend these, hands are toasty warm and dry! Once again, thanks DRIS and love the videos you guys have for your products, definately a bonus.

  36. review by Jeffrey Schoner on 3/15/2012

I easily get frustrated assembling or configuring scuba gear, but even for me these were supereasy and fast to put together. The only possible downside is that they're a bit more expensive than some alternatives and that the rings are fairly large. For people with larger hands like myself, I don't think this is an issue but something to keep in mind for those with smaller hands.

The ring system comes in a plastic tube that contains the main external rings, several inner rings of varying sizes (for various glove thicknesses), lubricant, ventilation tubes and detailed installation instructions.

Don't even both with regular wetsuit gloves. Although expensive, they are worth every penny. They take a bit of time and care to install. However, they are super easy to don/doff. After an hour in the water, I have full dexterity in fingers and am quite comfortable. You can switch the glove insert to match the water temperature. I'm fine with the the liner that comes with the package in 50 degree water.

They are worth every penny!!!! If you dry dive these are a must!!!!!!!

I have done about 50 dives now with this system and I am very pleased with its performance. The screw lock system is well designed and easy to operate without assistance from a buddy. Make sure to keep the grooves and o-ring clean and lubricated for smooth operation. I do have two complaints that are minor. First, the o-rings are difficult to access for maintenance. Directions for their removal are provided but don't make the process easier. Second, the XL diameter of the rings can be difficult to grip for people with small hands. Using your PVC gloves for grip helps immensely especially post-dive when things are wet.

  41. review by David Vogt on 8/11/2010

A great system that is easy to install, but I had a hard time with leaking at first. A few pointers: 1) ditch the yellow liners - they're next to impossible to not get caught in the rings; 2) contrary to the ad copy, alignment is necessary - if the rings are tightened when even slightly askew they won't lock; and, 3) once installed, don't trim glove collar too close to the rings - I did and they leaked every time. Overall, these are minor concerns for a bullet-proof dry glove solution.

If you have a dry suit and still use wet gloves, the Glove Lock Dry Glove System should be the next product you put into your shopping cart. Very simple to install on your suit and comes with very detailed instructions. All those colored rings you see in the product description are supplied with the kit so you can mount any thickness glove you want to this ring system. Diving a series of 4 dives in 58 degree water this weekend was the warmest I have ever been on any dive requiring a drysuit. Putting on wet gloves in preparation for the next dive was the task I disliked the most about suiting up - wet or dry. Pulling and tugging on wet gloves is no fun and makes you tired before ever getting to the water. Now my gloves slide on and with a quick twist of the locking ring I'm headed for the water! Great product and great video. Thanks Mike for talking me into buying these!

I am very happy with this glove ring system. I am using these in conjunction with permanent rings and silicone seals. Easy to don/doff with gloves on. Easy to properly seat/seal. A bit expensive compared to other ring options, but will quickly recoup the cost by saving on seal replacements.

I hesitated buying this dry glove system because I thought the price was ridiculous for these plastic rings and cheap looking gloves.

    Wow was I ever wrong.

I finally broke down and decided to try them, hating what a PIA it is to put wet neoprene gloves on. I installed them Saturday and dove Sunday in 48 degree water. I was amazed how easy they were to put on, then in the water, how warm my hands felt....... and they stayed dry. After 2 dives and a couple hours in the water, I never even came close to feeling a chill in my hands. I love the dexterity, the ease of use and MY HANDS WERE WARM.

Great purchase, I could not be happier. What an idiot I was for hesitating. One day I'll listen to you Mike and take your suggestions, and thanks Rich for the install.

Got the Ring set and gloves in today. At first seemed a little confusing as this was my 1st Dryglove set. After looking at the instructions and a quick call to Mike, I was on my way had the The whole set-up complete within about 10Min. Very easy to put together and I feel confident it will come back apart as easy should I need to remove the whole system. The Big Diameter on the Glove Lock is very easy to use, Makes putting the glove on/off very easy. Now only thing left to do is try it out in the water.

    Thanks Mike

First, I want to praise Dive Right in Scuba for their outstanding service. I don't think I have ever had such a wonderful experience dealing with an online dive shop let alone a local one. Dive right in Scuba is the beat and I will only order from them from now on. Good job and two thumbs up!!!
Secondly, the shipping was lightening fast; and when they arrived on my door step it was on the suit and ready to dive in just about five minutes. Awesome product. The rings are robust and easy to work. Played around with the colored rings that hold it all together until I found the right ones for my suit. I have not been able to personally dive these gloves yet but what I have felt as of now I don't think I will ever have cold wet hands again.
Thanks again to Dive Right in Scuba for such outstanding service. Keep it up!!!!!

Recently purchased the SI tech quick lock dry glove system to replace the Viking bayonet system I had on my Whites dry suit. Wow what a difference. The SI tech locks are so much easier to don and doff than the Viking Bayonets were.

I wish I would have purchased the SI tech first. The Vikings are so hard to lock on that you need a second person to really get them locked on and that's just not safe in a rescue situation IMHO when you need them off.

If you're wavering between the two systems the SI tech quick lock is the way to go. They may cost a little more but it's better to buy them now than to have to buy a second pair of locks like I did. Have 5-6 dives on the SI tech locks and gloves and hands have been dry as a bone. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Installed this dry glove system on my Whites Fusion. Pretty easy. Took the drug gloves for 4 dives this weekend in Monterey, CA. Worked perfect. No leaks up to 105 ft. The first two dives, I used the equalizing tubes provided. The third and fourth dives, instead of the tubes, I used the thumb loops from my undergarments and it worked just as well. The liner provided with the gloves could be warmer. All in all, a great system.

I purchased the si tech rings while deployed so i cant comment on shipping. However when i got home on leave they were very easy to install and while somewhat stiff to lock they were very easy to put on and remove. they are much more convenient than the dui zip gloves that i tried since you can remove your gloves to make adjustments to your gear or your buddy's gear. I would recommend the si tech glove lock dry glove system to any body who wants dry warm hands.

Very easy to mount rings to both drysuit and gloves once you've determined the right color rings.

I tried to pull the wrist cuff protector from my whites fusion suit over the inner portion of the wrist ring before attaching gloves and had some leaking problems (probably interfering with threads somehow), but if they're left uncovered they are very easy to self don and doff. No leaks, only warm dry hands.

I'm using the atlas 660 gloves with a north face power stretch fleece glove under them and they seem to work well. Probably equal or better dexterity than my old 5mm wet gloves.

I bought these ~6 months ago and have used them on about 80 dives since. They go on and off quickly and easily and I've been able to remove them on the suface the few times I got something on the o-ring and felt a slight trickle of water. This allowed to to have them on and off and fix the leak in about 30 seconds while floating on the surface. Best part is I was able to keep the rest of the liner dry due to the ease of donning/doffing.

The only things I don't like with these are the size of rings themselves as they are quite large. I also found the supplied o-ring lubricant to be a waste as all it did was attract lint and cause leaks. Once removed the problem went away.

Overall i've been extremely happy with them and don't hesitate to recommend them.

Dive Right In Scuba knows that our customers value many things, including friendly, professionally trained staff, terrific service and great savings on scuba equipment.  Our Scuba Dive Shop in Illinois thrives on being the best in the Scuba Industry and offering our Scuba and Snorkeling customers the best pricing not only in Illinois, but in the world.  We try hard to keep our prices as low as possible while also offering the best service.  If you see a competitor with a lower price, take advantage of our Low Price Guarantee!  Under the BUY NOW button on every product, you will see a Pricematch form.  Just fill it out, and save some cash!  But we don't stop there. If, within 60 days of your purchase from Dive Right In Scuba, you find the same item advertised by DRIS or another authorized SCUBA dealer for less, show us the ad and we'll give you 100% of the difference as a credit towards your next purchase of scuba diving equipment!  Whether you live in Joliet, Naperville, Chicago, Indiana, or Australia, we will give you the same great service as if you were standing in our store!

100% Price Protection does not apply to special order products (ie: Products that do not appear on our website)

How does it work?
Well, once we are able to verify the competitors lower price, we will approve the pricematch.  This will send you an email, and the price will automatically change for you to purchase at the new low price. For instance, if we are selling a product for $200 and you find it elsewhere for $180, your price with Dive Right In Scuba will be $180. To take advantage of this promotion and give us a call at 815-267-8400 or use our Price Match form on every product page.

* Be sure that your Pricematch is in your favor as sometimes our Loyalty Points is the better deal vs. a lower upfront price from a competitor.  Pricematches can not be combined with any other sales or promos.  Dive Right In Scuba has the right to decline any pricematch or make a counteroffer.  We typically do NOT pricematch bidding sites like eBay, but you can submit them and maybe we can make it happen!  Pricematching on discontinued items is allowed.

Dive Right In Scuba Price Match Policy is in good spirit and a way for us to communicate with our customers and always make sure they are getting the best deal.  There is never any intention to fool or trick anyone with our policies.  If you feel this policy is inadequate in your situation, please call us at 815-267-8400.

With the whole world now being within a keyboards reach, Dive Right In Scuba will still offer the best Pricing and Service in the Midwest, but we are taking  that and making it available globally!!  If you're able to find another Authorized dealer with a  lower price, we will match and beat it with our above Low Price Guarantee!  So your looking at making a purchase from an Unauthorized, gray market retailer?  Don’t do it!  DRIS will also match those dealers price and you will save money AND get a full manufacturers warranty!  Please allow 24 hours to confirm that the retailer has it in stock.  Whether it’s a local Shop in Aurora, Oswego, Yorkville, Tennessee, or Texas, we will go the extra distance to ensure you get the best pricing with the best service and warranties!

You can buy with confidence with Dive Right In Scuba!

International Orders

Free Ground Shipping with Orders over $500

We also have some of the best shipping times in the world! Being centrally located in the US gives us prime placement. Most orders are to your door, with Standard Freight, in under 10 days!! With most other retailers you have to pay extra shipping costs to get it there that fast.

Dive Right In Scuba’s Free Shipping will apply to standard ground shipping anywhere in the World on orders totaling $500 or more (excludes rebreathers, tanks, compressors, and weights). Sale items also do not qualify for free shipping. If you work out a special price with Dive Right In Scuba in a quote or email, Free Shipping does NOT qualify. If you decide to have expedited shipping, you will be credited the normal ground shipping fee and only pay the difference to the expedited shipping. If you return the product, you will not be credited back for the free shipping.  This applies to addresses where USPS can make a delivery.  If you need other delivery methods, Free Shipping does NOT apply.  If you don't have a physical address to ship to (Utila), Free Shipping does NOT apply.

Super Saver International is offered for FREE on most orders that total over US $500 that are outside the US. The only problem is this shipping method does not provide realtime tracking information. The delivery time is typically 3 weeks or less, and can take longer to some of the more remote locations. Your items will ship insured and you may pay some import duties and taxes based on your Local Government. Lost packages can only be replaced after USPS has issued payment for the lost items.
US Postal Service Priority Mail International shipping offers you a low-cost and fast delivery option. Not counting time for the package to clear customs, it is about 2 weeks depending on your location. This option does not provide you with realtime tracking information.
US Postal Service Express Mail International is a very cost-effective choice for even faster delivery of your dive gear. This option typically takes about 1 week without counting customs clearing. As with the other USPS, there is no realtime tracking on your purchase. This is available in almost 200 countries around the globe.
UPS Worldwide Expedited International offers you a fast delivery option to more than 60 countries with rapid in-house customs clearance. Typical delivery times is 1 week to your address. UPS.com will automatically e-mail you the realtime tracking number when your order ships from Dive Right In Scuba. Our shopping cart will not offer you the UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping choice if that service is not available in your country.
UPS Worldwide Saver International is the absolute fastest delivery method to any country in about 3 business days or less. You will also receive rapid in-house customs clearance when saving time is the utmost concern for receiving your package. UPS.com automatically e-mails you the realtime tracking number when your order ships from Dive Right In Scuba. Some addresses may require additional time for in-country transit due to the remote location of that address. For service availability and exact delivery time commitments visit the UPS.com website for information about your address or contact us for a more accurate quote.

*Your items will ship insured and you may pay some import duties and taxes based on your Local Government. Lost packages can only be replaced after USPS or UPS has issued payment for the lost items. This is why we recommend shipping with UPS for tracking purposes and faster repayment. We have not lost any packages to date, but things can happen.

You will notice that when you pick your shipping options, you will be provided with an ETA of arrival for the specified shipping you decide to go with. 60/120-Day Return Policy

Hassle Free Returns

At Dive Right In Scuba, we are happy to extend our hassle free return policy to our customers: a 60/120-day Satisfaction Guarantee on ALL of our merchandise.

    • If it is within 60 days and the items are in new condition with original packaging, there is a 100% credit or refund* on any item.
    • If its within 30 days and the item is used, feel free to send it back and get a full 100% credit towards new equipment!  Thats right, you can send it back and get something different.  What do we do with these returns?  We have a used section on our website that we sell these at a discounted price!  * DRIS can, at our discretion, change this policy depending on the condition of the return.  Meaning, if you beat it up within 30 days and want to return it, you will NOT get a full refund.
    • If it is within 60 days and the items are used, or are not returned with the original packaging, it's not a problem, we will provide you with Loyalty Points for 75% of your products purchase price, that can be used to purchase any other product we sell at Dive Right In Scuba*. * This can be changed at our discretion based on how used or damaged a product is*
    • If it is between 60 - 120 days and the items are in new condition, we will provide you with Loyalty Points for 100% of your products purchase price, that can be used to purchase any product we sell at Dive Right In Scuba
    • You never need to contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) –Simply return your product to us with the RMA Form, To ensure that your return/exchange is handled in a speedy manner, always include a copy of your receipt. We do recommend calling with any issues to see what the best course of action is, its not always to just send back….so just give us a call and lets figure out the best response!
    • If you have bought an item and it needs to be returned, your original shipping charges are non refundable.
    • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.  If you received Free Shipping on your order, and return it, the charges for the shipping will come out of your refund.  Shipping is inlcuded if you keep the product, a return voids the free shipping.
  • * Certain Items may incure a 10% re-stocking fee(can be higher dependings on custom options or special order).  High dollar items may have a re-stocking fee which covers transaction and shipping charges.  If it is an exchange, there might not re-stocking fee depending on the situation.  We are people too, so we try to make sure it works for everyone depending on what is going on.
  • * Custom items do not qualify for a full refund.  If an item doesn't fit, we will do everything to make sure you get a proper fit.  But, on custom items, there can't always be a 100% refund, due to the custom nature of the item.

To return an item, just follow the simple directions below and we’ll take care of the rest!

    1. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals.
    2. Please include the RMA Form with a copy of your receipt.
    3. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.) We recommend shipping ALL products back with an Insured Carrier with tracking numbers. This is the only way to track the product to ensure we receive it. Dive Right In Scuba is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to Shipping Carriers.

In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 60 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Customer Service can be reached at 1-815-267-8400 Monday through Friday 11 am - 9 pm Central Time or by emailing us at info@diverightinscuba.com.
