It requires a meticulous understanding of partial pressures, oxygen handling, and cleanliness standards. Whether you want to work in a dive shop or simply ensure the integrity of your own breathing gas, our Gas Blender Courses teach you the art and science of creating the perfect mix.
Master the Mix
We offer training through both TDI and PADI, covering everything from recreational Nitrox to complex Trimix blends:
- Nitrox Gas Blender: Learn the hazards of oxygen and the proper procedures for blending Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx). You will master the math to mix any percentage up to 40% safely and accurately.
- Advanced Gas Blender: When you go deep, you need Helium. This course teaches you the physical properties of Helium and how to blend Trimix for technical diving. You will learn to top off existing mixes and calculate the "best mix" for any depth.
- Oxygen Service Technician: Blending high-pressure oxygen requires gear that is clinically clean. This course teaches you the rigorous cleaning protocols needed to prepare regulators, valves, and cylinders for 100% oxygen service.
