About HOG SPG - Black Face Luminescent - by HOG Gear SKU: hogspgblackf

So a SPG is a SPG right? Well mostly, provided you are getting one that is quality. Obviously HOG (and others) have a proven track record of high quality SPG's for Technical Diving.

You are all familiar with the HOG SPG, no fancy red zone, one hundred PSI increment markings and super easy to read.

Allow me to introduce a new variation i.e HOG SPG - Black Face Luminescent

The face is black, the needle and markings are in luminescent. What you can do while diving is take your light and shine it  down on your SPG on your hip, then "charge" the luminescence for a couple seconds, unclip it and bring it up to read. If you have a scooter, you know your right hand is busy with your scooter. When you bring it up, you read the gauge, and then clip it off back to your hip. In light conditions you can read a standard HOG gauge with the white face without even a thought, in cave or other really dark conditions it isn't so fast. The Black face HOG SPG is MUCH easier to read in those conditions, the luminescent needle over the black face and luminescent numbers and hundred psi increment markings makes for a easy and quick read.  Your eye is faster at adjusting over a white faced SPG.

This SPG uses the same gun metal chrome color as you find on the HOG regs. It just looks hot.  Brass and glass with Viton O-rings

Safe Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 – Warnings Required

WARNING: This Dive Right In Scuba product can expose you to cretin chemicals which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov

We appreciate your decision to purchase Dive Right In Scuba products to provide the best in water experience. We take our job seriously! You may have noticed that our products now show a warning label at point of sale referring to carcinogens and birth defects. You may also have begun to see warnings related to carcinogenic substances or substances causing birth defects prominently displayed in hotel lobbies, hospitals, or other places of business recently. These warnings are required by the State of California, and we believe that an explanation of the California statute legislating the requirement will provide you valuable information regarding the relative risks of the chemicals that may be present in consumer products.

In 1986, the State of California passed the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act; otherwise known as “Proposition 65” or "Prop 65". Prop 65 requires businesses like ours to disclose to individuals the presence of chemicals listed in the Act prior to point of sale. The regulations implementing this Act have been amended over time with the most recent updates will take effect on August 30, 2018. There are more than 900 chemicals on the Prop 65 Chemical List, including many chemicals that are found in components of a wide array of consumer goods or are used to manufacture components that make up consumer goods.

Prop 65 does not establish acceptable concentrations for any listed chemical; however, the agency which enforces it has established what is called "safe harbor" exposure levels for about one third of these chemicals below which warnings are not required. These "safe harbor" are established for listed carcinogens based on the quantity of the chemical that would result in one excess case of cancer in an exposed population of 100,000, assuming lifetime (70-year) exposure at the level in question. A similar process is used to establish safe harbor levels for listed reproductive toxicants. Additional information in plain language on safe harbor levels is available from the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment at http://oehha.ca.gov/Prop65/background/p65plain.html

At Dive Right In Scuba, the safety of your in water experience is our highest priority. We go to great effort to select materials that offer superior value, quality, and durability while also being generally recognized as safe and reliable for the full life of the product. Dive Right In Scuba also works closely with many regulatory bodies, such as the US Coast Guard and Underwriter’s Laboratories, to ensure the longevity of your on-water safety through targeted selection of durable, long lasting materials and components that undergo significant validation testing before being used to manufacture end items. Sometimes the safety promise we offer appears at odds with the health and safety requirements of other legislation in certain parts of the world when some regulations are updated ahead of others. To ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, Dive Right In Scuba has placed a warning on products that contain a Prop 65 listed chemical, either directly or as a part of the raw material supply chain. This allows us to comply with California law and provide our California consumers with the disclosure required by Prop 65, while still promising the safest on water experience possible.

Dive Right In Scuba is working diligently with regulatory bodies and our own manufacturing partners to continue to improve our product performance and reduce the presence of less desirable chemicals. Water is a precious resource we all share that is important to the health and well-being of our planet and all people. Our goal is to continue to enhance your water life experience while reducing our overall impact to the planet and, in particular, its waterways. While it is a bit of a juggling act to achieve, we are confident you will see continued improvement in both the immediate and long term future. We hope this explanation will enable you to understand why you will be seeing warnings on some our products.

Thank you for your continued use of Dive Right In Scuba products.

I bought my HOG SPG a few months back and absolutely love it! I replaced my integrated computer with this and it is way more streamline and lighter. The only downside is that the face has scratched particularly easy in comparison to some of my other gauge faces. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it!

  2. NOT just another SPG review by Wes on 8/16/2017
    Overall Rating

Hands down the best SPG I've ever used. The sleek profile and weight of the HOG SPG add to the ease of mind as well as demonstrate the quality of the SPG. The black face gives it a very "tech" look, but does not hinder the ability to read the face. I found the 2" to be a perfect size for my uses. I recently just ordered another one for sidemount. Very happy customer, and as always DRIS' customer service was very helpful as well as the prompt delivery.

  3. High Quality Product review by Mike on 7/22/2017
    Overall Rating

Recently dove with this product for the first time; originally bought it to replace my console. So far I'm very happy with the purchase, the numbers are easy to read in low vis conditions, and the product feels solidly put together. I would definitely recommend this product.

  4. Great SPG if you get the right one. review by Nathan on 1/19/2017

The HOG SPG that i had received from DiveRightInScuba leaked the first time i got it. I was not too sure on what the problem was and had to send it to my local dive store to fix which cost me 16 dollars!!! I don't remember what they said exactly but something to do with a part that was missing in the SPG. So as long as you get one that doe's not leak this SPG will work great. I used it for more than a week in the Cayman Islands.

  5. Nice and Simple review by Matthew on 11/27/2016
    Overall Rating

I ordered the 2" black face and it does exactly what I need it to do. The face lights up with less than a second holding a light to it and it is very easy to read. There aren't any fancy add-ons to it to make reading the numbers any more difficult. I would highly recommend this SPG if you don't like getting blinded by a white face spg.

  6. Trusty little gage review by Philippe on 4/18/2016

From the murky depths of the pacific north west, the luminescent on black background works surprisingly well. The size is just right and feels solid in my hand with the weight.

  7. Great SPG review by albert on 4/6/2016

This SPG looks great and operates well. I would buy a boot for it to protect it from banging against the tank. It is fairly accurate and large enough to see without squinting.

  8. Tarnished back, but great sturdy SPG review by Umi on 11/25/2015
    Overall Rating

I love this SPG for its legibility and size. It has been on my hip for 3 years of solid diving, and has survived a fair amount of banging around. The only downside is that the chrome on the back has tarnished into a somewhat dirty color - but I am not squeamish about that in the slightest.

  9. very nice, but the 2" is very heavy review by cave monkey on 3/10/2015
    Overall Rating

much heavier than I was expecting. I didn't like the tiny text in the 1.5" model, nor did i like the white face. So, scaled up to the black 2" and now I may be looking for an opportunity to scale back down the the smaller 1.5", but in black. the black is really much nicer.

  10. 2" is as big as you want to go... review by cavediver on 10/31/2014
    Overall Rating

first, these glow great, it's so refreshing to use these instead of blinding yourself on the white face SPGs that require light. It takes a little getting used to, but you get into a rhythm, charge the face 1 second, THEN look.

second, theese are big. the jump in size between 1.5 and 2" is big. that is, the thickness is much increased in the 2" SPG. That means it's a lot heavier. 2.5" would be REALLY heavy.

  11. Easy to read/durable review by Karl on 8/26/2014
    Overall Rating

Very well built, the black face is easy to read in the dark after a second or two of charging the luminescence with a dive light, it's easy to focus on in lighter conditions.

  14. Sleek and easy to read review by Ayisha on 2/22/2014

I've gone back to an analog SPG after 10 years of using a computer to pursue another style of diving. This spg is awesome, a good size but not too big, easy to read, and the luminescent needle and markings are extremely helpful in dark or low viz situations. It's also creating a bit of envy right now because it's black!

I bought the 2" version as a back-up to a wireless transmitter. It looks slick and so far it works well. The black face is easy to read on night dives, but also during daylight in low visibility. DRIS service was great.

  17. review by Alasdair MacLeod on 7/31/2013
    Overall Rating

I use the 2" version of the HOG black face SPG's for my sidemount regs. I had read many reviews about how well they worked--and they do! White-face gauges reflect so much light back (esp. from a primary while cave diving) that it is difficult to read--the black face gauges don't bounce that light back in your eyes, and after a second or two of shining a light on the gauges, you can easily read the luminous markings. Highly recommended!

  18. review by Matthew Ziemba on 7/2/2013

This is a great little SPG. I read another review where the diver broke his when it smacked his tank. I have smacked this one around alot more than I should and it is holding up well. I imagine anything can break if it is struck at the right angle and with the right force. I just would like to defend this little SPG a bit, as I would not call it delicate.
It works well on night dives after a quick punch with the light, it glows well and is simple to read.

I received this gauge as Christmas present, and man was I stoked. First and foremost it looks awesome and feels solid, very good manufacturing, it's also very easy to read. I was a little worried that it would feel to bulky underwater. The truth of the matter is that once you clip to your D-ring you forget its there. Its definitely the right size for recreational diving. At this price you are really getting the bang for your buck, great gauge from a great manufacturer sold in a great dive shop. Thanks DRIS for carrying the best gear at affordable prices.

  20. review by Rendo Stuart del Rosario on 3/4/2013
    Overall Rating

The product looks and feels solid and substantial. It is a serious equipment that commands attentions and outright envy. However I never was able to use mine as the glass cracked when the spg accidentally swung over to the tank when we were setting up our gear. I have been diving for 7 years now and never had issues with basic spgs. They get scratched, scraped and abused yet they manage to survive the rigors of my dives which often hugs the bottom. The boatmen are usually are rough on our gear too.

In the end it broke my heart as I really wanted this product...but it just would not do for me.

Love this gage. Looks great at night especially. I have the 2" version and its nice and compact and easy to read and so far has been as accurate as one could ask for. I really like the black backing with the hash marks glowing (instead of the reverse) I'm not sure you could say its any "better" than the standard SPG, but I do like the contrast better for me.

Bought this for the wife but might end up trading for mine. I love the look of it and find it more readable than my black on white luminescent spg. Neat steathy look. Great price too. DRIS and HOG, killer combo!

This is a great pressure gauge. Most gauges are made in the same factory in Italy. What makes this unique is the black face which is a common feature in avionics. I was unsure if I would like this color scheme after years of the traditional white face, but I found that I really like it. One note is that the black finish will developer a patina after several uses, I would describe it as an oil slick appearance. At first it looks a little sketchy but it really starts to look cool after a short time.

If The airline lost my luggage, I would not hesitate to purchase this item again. Except this time I would buy from DRIS due to the unmatched customer service.

This gauge is perfect for any diver. The white on black colour makes it very visible at any depth. If you use a light to charge it you can easily see this gauge in a pitch black environment. One of my favourite purchases.

I would recommend this gauge to any diver. It is solidly built and easy to read. It is quite large as well which is nice. Very easy use. Shipping was very quick and DRIS is a great dive shop.

  27. review by Bob Dankert on 7/22/2012
    Overall Rating

I bought this gauge originally to use as the pressure gauge on my stage bottle. After receiving the gauge I decided I wanted this as my primary SPG and swapped it out with the cheaper gauge I previously had, putting that on my stage. This gauge is built very solid and will not scratch like an acrylic cover that many lower-quality gauges use. I decided to go with the 2.5" version which is really quite solid and heavy - at first I didn't know if I would like the size of the gauge. After diving with it a number of times, though, I appreciate how easy it is to read at a quick glance. My only complaint is that the luminescent markings do not hold a glow as long as my other gauges when using them at night.

  28. review by Troy Hop on 10/27/2011
    Overall Rating

To start I can say that I love this display on this gauge. It is one of the best that I have used yet. I like that fact that once hit with my light it is easily able to be read through even some of the worst viz. However this is one of the only good things I have to say about this gauge.
I bought two of these gauges at the same time. However one of the gauges functions flawlessly and the other, well we will just say might as well be thrown into the garbage. The first one was awesome and never has leaked yet. The other one has done just the opposite. I have changed the spool, o-rings, tried various different kinds of lube and they all seem to not fix the problem of a leaky gauge.
Overall I wouldn't suggest this gauge to anyone. I would spend the extra 10 dollars in the highland to know that you are getting a quality product. I would never suggest any of the hog products that I currently own. I have been disappointed by all of them.

  29. review by phillip hudson on 3/9/2011

Great guage and easy to read but I have to echo what a few others have said. When I purchased this it leaked where it joined the hp hose. I sent it back to DRIS and they replaced the spool and put some lube on it. It lasted for 1 dive and leaked again. When I took it apart there was some green corrosion on the spindle and around the o-rings. I cleaned it off reassembled and dove 2 more times and it leaked again. Same thing green chunks of corrosion. I continued this process for about a total of 5 dives and the last 10 dives have not had a problem. It is definately a nice guage but sounds like several others have had the same issue and I am curious if HOG is aware of it.

Great value for the money; solid and reliable SPG, backed by HOG's reputable customer service and warranty.

I'm presently using this as a backup gauge off of my primary, in the event the wireless transmitter on my dive computer fails--I'd rather be safe (and enjoy as much of the dive as possible) than have to immediately abort the dive because remaining pressure is unknown.

  31. review by Kevin Yang on 2/9/2011

Solid product. I personally think it's much easier to read instead of the traditional black on white.

Shipping and correspondence from DRIS was prompt (even with shipping to Canada). No extra duties as this is US made product, only GST.

  32. review by David Vogt on 8/11/2010

Even though it was on back order (which DRIS let me know immediately), I received my HOG Black Face Luminescent SPG quickly. This thing is solid as a rock and looks gorgeous. I wasn't counting on the extra heft of this gauge over my previous 2" SPG, but quickly adjusted.

No surprises here. Just quality gear from HOG and great service from DRIS.

As far as the previous reviewer's takedown of the SPG, HOG and DRIS while he was at it, my sense is that a leaky first stage - and NOT a leaky SPG - is the culprit. I've had this experience and no matter what SPG I used (on MiFlex I should add) water got into the SPG.

"Submited By: Larry M. on 07/27/2010
    Verified Buyer
All three of the HOG SPGs that I purchased from DRIS leak. DRIS sent me new spools and O rings. One persisted to leak despite the O ring/spool replacement. The HOG distributor sent me three more spools and O rings. Only one of those spools and O ring sets worked. I was told by HOG to always lubricate the O rings in new SPGs. I was also told by HOG and DRIS to clean the silver/white dust that is found in the gauge barrel before attempting to use. The HOG rep told me that the problem was my Miflex hoses. He told me to connect to a standard HP hose. It continued to leak regardless of hoses. Upon inspection I found two O rings to be broken. This was a new HOG SPG. I have six Miflex hoses and none of them leak.
The response from both DRIS and HOG was defensive and unacceptable. I believe the correct response would have been to replace the gauge with a working SPG that had been tested. Lesson: test your SPGs before you dive them. I no longer recommend HOG gear to my diver friends. DRIS has always given me good service but this time they failed to live up to standards."

    EDGE/HOG Response.

You contacted me at 5:30 pm on a Thursday night telling me the problem. You informed me that you were diving on Saturday and demanded that I make it right before you went diving. You informed me that you influenced many divers and would do everything possible to tell as many people as you can how badly you were treated if I didn't immediately fix the problem.

There was no possible way for me to assert if the problem was with the SPG, HP spool or the hose's you were using. I have sold thousands of HOG spg's without issues and have not tested them with the Miflex (tm) HP hose. Because of this I was unsure what exactly was the problem. However based on your comments that you had changed the HP spool on one of the leaking gauges and it fixed the problem I decided, and YOU agreed to me sending you OVERNIGHT Saturday delivery new HP Spools. I also told you if that doesn't fix the problem I would do everything I could to make things right, including sending you new HP hoses at no charge if the Miflex hoses were the problem. (I don't sell Miflex hoses, I was offering you free hoses if that solved the problem and made you happy).

Anyhow I sent the HP spools and never heard another thing back from you, I assumed the spools fixed the issue. However, now three plus weeks later you post this review, obviously your very first threats to do everything you can to harm EDGE/HOG's reputation is more important than solving whatever issue you may be having.

I still stand by my offer or alternatively will give DRIS a full refund of the retail price you paid for the SPG's, not what they paid. They can then refund you fully upon return of the SPG's in resalable condition.

Great! Much like the video shows it is really easy to see with minimal addition of light, which makes it great for low/no light situations. However, it is just as easy to see the numbers in daylight conditions as well, making this spg an ideal choice for all types of diving. Don regret my choice at all. As far as the purchasing goes, it was a great experience, very friendly, and very quick.

I have a 2" HOG SPG on my singles rig, and decided to try the new black 2.5" SPG for my doubles... It's a lot beefier that the 2", and has a serious "cool factor" since it matches the black chrome on the HOG Regs.

I think I'm gonna add one to my singles rig, and just put the standard 2" in my save-a-dive kit.

At first, I wasn't sure how this SPG was going to look in the dark with it having a black face.

Wow, was I ever impressed. You barely have to hit it with any light at all and every number and tick mark light up like a Christmas tree. This is so much easier to read than my white faced gauge that I'm going to order a replacement for it.

It's very easy on the eyes and only the needle, number and tick marks light up for ease of viewing on the black background. Very easy to read at quick glance, even in the dark.

    What an absolutely awesome SPG!

Awesome looking gauge, very easy to read. I did have a couple of problems with it though at the beginning. The threads were cut a little off and I had to run a die over them so they wouldn't mess up the high pressure hose fitting. Secondly, there was some brass corrosion on the SPG side of the spool and the o-ring, as well as inside the barrel of the SPG itself. This corrosion caused some leakage when I first used it, but it did clean out easily and now functions well. In hindsight, I should have just returned it for a replacement, but the little bit of effort wasn't that big of a deal. Would recommend this gauge, but make sure you check it out very well before diving it.

Considering how long it takes for night vision to recover compared to how quickly it goes away, probably better for diving in low light conditions compared to a white-background SPG, although it reads easy in daylight too.

Just received the 2.5" Black Face SPG. Fit and finish is fantastic and the face is easily readable day or night after being "charged!" Can't wait to get it into the water!

I just received this SPG together with the white face version, both of them in the 2" version. Admittedly, it was curiosity that made me place an order for this model. And now that I have it in hand I'm glad I was curious about it. This model has a darker chrome finish as opposed to its white faced brother. Both finishes are poilshed mirror smooth and can serve as a signaling mirrors should you find yourself needing one.

Both SPGs are great values when you consider that their "blue H" cousin retails between $95-105.

Dive Right In Scuba knows that our customers value many things, including friendly, professionally trained staff, terrific service and great savings on scuba equipment.  Our Scuba Dive Shop in Illinois thrives on being the best in the Scuba Industry and offering our Scuba and Snorkeling customers the best pricing not only in Illinois, but in the world.  We try hard to keep our prices as low as possible while also offering the best service.  If you see a competitor with a lower price, take advantage of our Low Price Guarantee!  Under the BUY NOW button on every product, you will see a Pricematch form.  Just fill it out, and save some cash!  But we don't stop there. If, within 60 days of your purchase from Dive Right In Scuba, you find the same item advertised by DRIS or another authorized SCUBA dealer for less, show us the ad and we'll give you 100% of the difference as a credit towards your next purchase of scuba diving equipment!  Whether you live in Joliet, Naperville, Chicago, Indiana, or Australia, we will give you the same great service as if you were standing in our store!

100% Price Protection does not apply to special order products (ie: Products that do not appear on our website)

How does it work?
Well, once we are able to verify the competitors lower price, we will approve the pricematch.  This will send you an email, and the price will automatically change for you to purchase at the new low price. For instance, if we are selling a product for $200 and you find it elsewhere for $180, your price with Dive Right In Scuba will be $180. To take advantage of this promotion and give us a call at 815-267-8400 or use our Price Match form on every product page.

* Be sure that your Pricematch is in your favor as sometimes our Loyalty Points is the better deal vs. a lower upfront price from a competitor.  Pricematches can not be combined with any other sales or promos.  Dive Right In Scuba has the right to decline any pricematch or make a counteroffer.  We typically do NOT pricematch bidding sites like eBay, but you can submit them and maybe we can make it happen!  Pricematching on discontinued items is allowed.

Dive Right In Scuba Price Match Policy is in good spirit and a way for us to communicate with our customers and always make sure they are getting the best deal.  There is never any intention to fool or trick anyone with our policies.  If you feel this policy is inadequate in your situation, please call us at 815-267-8400.

With the whole world now being within a keyboards reach, Dive Right In Scuba will still offer the best Pricing and Service in the Midwest, but we are taking  that and making it available globally!!  If you're able to find another Authorized dealer with a  lower price, we will match and beat it with our above Low Price Guarantee!  So your looking at making a purchase from an Unauthorized, gray market retailer?  Don’t do it!  DRIS will also match those dealers price and you will save money AND get a full manufacturers warranty!  Please allow 24 hours to confirm that the retailer has it in stock.  Whether it’s a local Shop in Aurora, Oswego, Yorkville, Tennessee, or Texas, we will go the extra distance to ensure you get the best pricing with the best service and warranties!

Free Ground Shipping with Orders over $500

We also have some of the best shipping times in the world! Being centrally located in the US gives us prime placement. Most orders are to your door, with Standard Freight, in under 10 days!! With most other retailers you have to pay extra shipping costs to get it there that fast.

Dive Right In Scuba’s Free Shipping will apply to standard ground shipping anywhere in the World on orders totaling $500 or more (excludes rebreathers, tanks, compressors, and weights). Sale items also do not qualify for free shipping. If you work out a special price with Dive Right In Scuba in a quote or email, Free Shipping does NOT qualify. If you decide to have expedited shipping, you will be credited the normal ground shipping fee and only pay the difference to the expedited shipping. If you return the product, you will not be credited back for the free shipping.  This applies to addresses where USPS can make a delivery.  If you need other delivery methods, Free Shipping does NOT apply.  If you don't have a physical address to ship to (Utila), Free Shipping does NOT apply.

Super Saver International is offered for FREE on most orders that total over US $500 that are outside the US. The only problem is this shipping method does not provide realtime tracking information. The delivery time is typically 3 weeks or less, and can take longer to some of the more remote locations. Your items will ship insured and you may pay some import duties and taxes based on your Local Government. Lost packages can only be replaced after USPS has issued payment for the lost items.
US Postal Service Priority Mail International shipping offers you a low-cost and fast delivery option. Not counting time for the package to clear customs, it is about 2 weeks depending on your location. This option does not provide you with realtime tracking information.
US Postal Service Express Mail International is a very cost-effective choice for even faster delivery of your dive gear. This option typically takes about 1 week without counting customs clearing. As with the other USPS, there is no realtime tracking on your purchase. This is available in almost 200 countries around the globe.
UPS Worldwide Expedited International offers you a fast delivery option to more than 60 countries with rapid in-house customs clearance. Typical delivery times is 1 week to your address. UPS.com will automatically e-mail you the realtime tracking number when your order ships from Dive Right In Scuba. Our shopping cart will not offer you the UPS Worldwide Expedited shipping choice if that service is not available in your country.
UPS Worldwide Saver International is the absolute fastest delivery method to any country in about 3 business days or less. You will also receive rapid in-house customs clearance when saving time is the utmost concern for receiving your package. UPS.com automatically e-mails you the realtime tracking number when your order ships from Dive Right In Scuba. Some addresses may require additional time for in-country transit due to the remote location of that address. For service availability and exact delivery time commitments visit the UPS.com website for information about your address or contact us for a more accurate quote.

*Your items will ship insured and you may pay some import duties and taxes based on your Local Government. Lost packages can only be replaced after USPS or UPS has issued payment for the lost items. This is why we recommend shipping with UPS for tracking purposes and faster repayment. We have not lost any packages to date, but things can happen.

    • If it is within 60 days and the items are in new condition with original packaging, there is a 100% credit or refund* on any item.
    • If its within 30 days and the item is used, feel free to send it back and get a full 100% credit towards new equipment!  Thats right, you can send it back and get something different.  What do we do with these returns?  We have a used section on our website that we sell these at a discounted price!  * DRIS can, at our discretion, change this policy depending on the condition of the return.  Meaning, if you beat it up within 30 days and want to return it, you will NOT get a full refund.
    • If it is within 60 days and the items are used, or are not returned with the original packaging, it's not a problem, we will provide you with Loyalty Points for 75% of your products purchase price, that can be used to purchase any other product we sell at Dive Right In Scuba*. * This can be changed at our discretion based on how used or damaged a product is*

We do recommend calling with any issues to see what the best course of action is, its not always to just send back….so just give us a call and lets figure out the best response!
    • If you have bought an item and it needs to be returned, your original shipping charges are non refundable.
    • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.  If you received Free Shipping on your order, and return it, the charges for the shipping will come out of your refund.  Shipping is inlcuded if you keep the product, a return voids the free shipping.
  • * Certain Items may incure a 10% re-stocking fee(can be higher dependings on custom options or special order).  High dollar items may have a re-stocking fee which covers transaction and shipping charges.  If it is an exchange, there might not re-stocking fee depending on the situation.  We are people too, so we try to make sure it works for everyone depending on what is going on.
  • * Custom items do not qualify for a full refund.  If an item doesn't fit, we will do everything to make sure you get a proper fit.  But, on custom items, there can't always be a 100% refund, due to the custom nature of the item.

To return an item, just follow the simple directions below and we’ll take care of the rest!

    1. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals.
    2. Please include the RMA Form with a copy of your receipt.
    3. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.) We recommend shipping ALL products back with an Insured Carrier with tracking numbers. This is the only way to track the product to ensure we receive it. Dive Right In Scuba is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to Shipping Carriers.

In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 60 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
