These pockets are the best! I have one on either side of my harness waist strap for when I need to add weight. They are perfect for a 3lb weight either side but you can cram 2 x3lb weights in if you have to. I have never had the velcro come undone but if you ever need to ditch weight you can rip it open in a second and pull one or more weights out instead of losing the whole belt. Another great feature is that when not being used they fold into themselves and the velcro flap goes around twice (there is extra velcro on the back) and its so compact you can't even see it on the harness. Awesome product, if you only need minimal weight these are the bomb and DRIS price can't be beaten.
