Used to check the pressure within scuba tanks or to equalize the pressure between 2 cylinders containing Nitrox / O2. Equalizers have 2-foot teflon-lined / stainless steel hoses and bleeder vents. Models for both yoke and DIN tank valves are offered. Delivered oxy-clean. 3,200 psi service.   Identical to the Nitrox/O2 Equalizer, except that the bleeder block contains a 4,000 psi oxy-clean gauge to monitor pressure transfer.

I purchased this product a while ago. Unlike another reviewer, I got the product as pictured. That said, I wasn't very impressed. The pressure gauge is a cheap flimsy plastic and the hose is WAY-TO-SHORT and not very flexible. It makes transfilling tanks a pain. I later purchased the deluxe mi-flex fill whip. Much better whip. I give it 3 stars because it worked.

The product that arrived is not the one pictured. The one that arrived has a blue rubber like hose. The o-rings were rubber, so I had to change them to viton. I had to disassemble and reassemble all the threaded joints, because they all leaked. Someone also managed to roll the brass threads on the gauge, so it still leaks a bit. I suggest spending the money for the miflex whip.
