All durable nylon. Has a loop on the back to use for attaching to your BC. Velcro keeps cutter securely in pocket, but one pull and the cutter is out and available! Approximately 6" tall by 2 1/2" wide. Blade is changeable with small allen key, not included.

There should be no reason why you dont have some sort of cutting tool on you while diving.

This is a great low profile option for those who dont want the bulk of a large knife.

Also the ability to change the blade on these is great.

This item is a good option for cutting line in a simple way. I will likely carry another tool for use with cutting but this seems like a good backup. this item was larger than I thought
