Added features of the Ranger LTD.

A lumbar pad is permanently mounted in the rear of the vest section.
The Removable rear weight system (8051Z) is included.
A pair of 18lb capacity shot pouches are included.
An extra set of vertically mounted D-rings are positioned ideally for mounting extra cylinders or accessories.
Two additional 1.5" D-rings are located at the bottom rear of the vest.
The Tank Bands are designed so they can be lengthened to hold twin cylinder sets.
A Zipper attachment system mounted inside each wing of the bladder allows for the attachment of a variety of carriers and accessories, including Pony bottle carriers, Spare Air carriers, extra pockets, and grommet panels.

If you are looking for the ultimate in cross-over BCD's this is it. My home diving is done in Monterey, CA, which is cold 50 degree diving. I then use any available vacation time to commence some warm tropical diving. I had another cross-over BCD that just did not have the same sturdiness of this BCD. This BCD is sturdy, which makes me feel comfortable diving in all conditions, plus it is light enough to pack in your gear bag and not get you over the 50 pound limit. (No one wants to pay extra for going above 50 pounds when already having to pay to check your gear bag).

My AOW instructor and Divemaster both use a ZEAGLE Ranger. I believe the regular (non-crossover) Ranger is used by the US Navy Seals, so who can argue with that.

Everyone that I know who owns the Zeagle Ranger says they have dove with it for over 15 years without needing a replacement. It seems like the extra up-front cost of buying an expensive BCD pays off in the end since you do not need to replace every few years.

This is Zeagle's upgraded Ranger with all the bells and whistles your heart can desire. I highly recommend this BCD for all divers, especially those (who like me) need a BCD with enough Ballast lift for the cold water dives but additionally need the lightweight for easy travel packing. 5/5.

As echoed in all of my reviews, Dive Right in Scuba is my go to site for all my gear purchases.
