I purchased this XS Scuba OPV for a regulator that I had adjusted to the proper IP to use as an argon rig. The valve I received had a brown Viton o-ring. The exact same OPV costs between $12-20 from other suppliers - Thanks DRIS.

You need to have one of these valves if you have a regulator with no second stage, such as the regulator setup on an argon bottle. Plus you cannot beat the price, usually they are around $20!! Excellent product.
