I had a rec student who brought one of these to class and I was impressed how well it worked. It seemed easier to use that the version with the loop of bungee. The clip mouth won't attach to every BCD, but it works.

Great octo holder, beware, may have issues holding your octo if you have a fair bit of pull on it. But the upside is that the octo will slide out with ease in an emergency.
