This clip worked very well for a dive buddy of mine so I bought one for my wife. It seems to work well so far (~15 dives) The octo is held securely as long as you tighten the bungee properly. If it's too tight or too loose it will come out. It can be difficult to deal with the little slider with gloves on, but despite those two small negatives, this seems to be one of the better octo holders I've used. It's easy to pull out and yet secure when you don't want it to pop out. I think that's all you could ask for in an octo holder.
