Easy to use properly, as advertised. The "freeze" button is handy so you don't have to remember readings before you write them down. Mine came with the sensor saver, a extra charge on some other sites.

I used the O2EII Analyzer for some time while working for a recreational diving operation. We lead dive tours through a flooded mine in Southern Missouri - and our analyzer gets frequent use in our business as we sell nitrox fills to our customers. It was easy to use and worked reliably.

When I had a need to purchase an analyzer for personal use as part of my tech training - I opted for this analyzer. Although it is a bit more expensive than some - I was convinced it would work reliably for me based upon the experience mentioned above. I've used my personal model frequently - and found it as accurate and rugged as the model we used at work. Calibrating with a standard air tank is very reliable - but using a chart to calibrate based upon temperature and humidity works well too - if you don't have another reference.

I'd recommend it for personal or professional use.

I agree with the previous poster who mentioned this analyzer is on the pricey side - but I think its worth it so I'll give it 5 stars. This analyzer is very compact which makes it great for travel or lugging with you to dive sites. The calibration and use is very simple, the battery lasts forever, and it works very well on DIN or Yoke tanks. Turn it on with one button, there's one knob to calibrate, and it will turn itself off, you can't get simpler than that. The build quality is very nice, it's a well made unit.
