First as a new customer I received excellent service from Dive Right in Scuba.
The Super Q comes with a watertight case and heavy duty recharger...maybe a little overkill but very well constructed.
I purchased the Super Q as my primary dive light. It was nothing less than incredible. It is so bright that I could stand off 5 -8 feet and clearly see under ledges, etc. You can not kill the battery. I finally let it stay on after the 3rd dive so I could run it down prior to my first recharge.
I used the Super Q on a night dive as a secondary light. It was noticeably brighter than any other light. Of course the light is very focused so it should not be used as a primary night dive light but if you need to really illuminate and known object it is the one to use! If you an afford it....buy it!
