  This light is machined from solid Delrin and is warranted to withstand depths up to 500' (150m).

Because of the optimal power rating and compact size, Light Monkey batteries consist of Lithium Polymer cells. The batteries are housed in a factory-sealed canister to prevent water intrusion in case of an improperly-latched lid or forgotten o-ring. These light systems all include a universal charger that accepts an input voltage of 100V-220V with a 1.5aH output. The charger is delivered with a standard US input cord, but adapters are available for Australia, Europe, and the UK.

Switch pockets are recessed into the factory-sealed dry lid for additional defense of the switch and boot. The dry lid also helps to ensure protection of the light system in the unfortunate case of a cut cord or punctured switch boot.

ALL Light Monkey lights fall below the Equivalent Lithium Content (ELC) threshold mandated by TSA, and are both safe and allowed for air travel.
