This new manifold is the result of many thousands of dollars in engineering, research, and tooling development.  Built with the inspiration and the tradition of the widely famous THERMO Isolation Manifold, the new XS Scuba isolation manifold retains the shape, high luster exterior plating,  and interior design of the THERMO, while offering several design changes that are individually small, but collectively represent a gigantic improvement.

FASTER ON AND OFF - FEWER KNOB TURNS.  The XS Scuba isolation manifold offers a redesigned bonnet that provides complete valve opening in 1 1/2 turns of the valve knob.  This is a feature allows for faster valve shut-down and is a feature of  interest to most dual cylinder and technical divers.  Comes with Red/Green Safety Handwheel

ELIMINATION OF THE COPPER CRUSH WASHER.  The design of the bonnet in the XS Scuba isolation manifold also eliminates the outdated sealing function of the copper crush washer.  The XS Scuba bonnet is sealed using a Viton 0-ring, eliminating this outdated copper seal.

STAINLESS STEEL VALVE STEM.  The valve stem on the XS Scuba isolation manifold is made from 316L marine-grade stainless steel.  This is a much more durable stem and is an upgrade from the steel plated stems found in most valves.

HEX-KEYED DIP TUBE.  The XS Scuba isolation manifold allows for the insertion of a 5/32" hex key in the end of the dip tube.  This eliminates the need to use pliers on the plated tube surface during the installation process.

The XS Scuba isolation manifold is available in both the 200 BAR International or the 300 BAR DIN openings.  Left and right hand valves, along with the isolation connector, come packaged as a single unit for easy ordering.  Each valve includes the plugs to allow use of the individual valves on single cylinders.  Both versions feature 3/4" threaded tank inlets to fit all modern scuba cylinders.  Each valve comes with a 5200 PSI safety assembly installed.
