I don't like the swivel on my Oceanic Delta IV and these are what you need to replace them and allow any standard hose to attach. I have just ordered my 2nd one for my 2nd set of Oceanic regs. It is pretty simple to install if you know what you are doing, you need to take the orifice out of the old (swivel) fitting and screw it into here. But you MUST know how the orifice works in relation to the seat in the 2nd stage and how to tune and adjust it. Its simple to do if you understand but if not, get your reg tech to do it or you can stuff your reg.
