Very very warm. I bought this to dive during the winter (2-3C water). Keep in mind that it's a very thick undergarment, and can make donning a tight-fitting dry suit difficult. I was diving a Pinnacle suit, but mobility was really restricted in the shoulders when I was wearing the MK3. I've since switched to the Whites Fusion Tech suit, which better accommodates a thick suit.
The fit is fairly snug, and personally I'd prefer a little more flexibility in the arm/elbow area (my arms are relatively long). It does a very good job of keeping me warm though, which is why a bought it, so no real complains.
