Submited By: Benjamin P. on 05/08/2010 A Sealife strobe is supposed to pick up the camera's flash on its own, via a downward facing light sensor, but it often does not work. This flash link is a fiber optic cable that you attach one end to a post near your camera's built in flash, the other end goes over the light sensor on the strobe. It insures the strobe fires every time the camera flash goes off.
The included installation kit is excellent, it contains everything you need to hook it up to all Sealife cameras and stobes.
