My wonderful wife bought this spool for me for my birthday. It seems to be built very well and the hi-viz line is great. I still need to work on my technique but thats my fault and not the spool. Good product at a great price (hope the wife bought it from DRIS)

A spool is a spool I guess, but the high visibility orange line is nice and definitely unique. I haven't tried it in deep water, so I'm not sure what the visibility of it is going to be like but I am looking forward to it. Well made and solid, with a stainless steel bolt snap included. FYI: The line IS tied off on the reel before it's wound, so save yourself the effort of unraveling it just to make sure.

Nice spool and great price. Quality is good on the line, s/s boltsnap, and the finger spool. I especially like the high viz line. I chose the 100' model as I wanted something with a little narrower profile in my drysuit pocket. Great product and I would buy again.
