With over 60 years of diving experience and having sold almost every Full Face Mask (FFM) on the market, it was easy to see there was a need for something better. I've owned a Guardian mask now for nearly 4 years. (I actually have two, one for me and one for my buddy.) I'll still snorkel with a standard mask but SCUBA for me isn't the same without this mask. I've dived with it in the warmest conditions, and coldest (ice diving--the mask didn't ice even when it was sitting in icy water before donning). I've dove with other full face masks (Cressi Sub, Kirby Morgan Band Mask, AGA positive pressure) and this one tops it. It's simplicity in design make it the winner. I intend to add the buddy phones in the near future. My masks are both all black in color (though other colors are available) and it's comfortable to wear. Trimming my neoprene hood a bit made the mask seal perfectly to my face. DRIS was always supportive (I was able to try a loaner mask before I purchased) and gave me a great deal competetive with any place online offering this mask.

The OTS Guardian is a pretty solid mask. The field of view is excellent and the integrated regulator breaths pretty well. Where it excels against it's peers is how well it seals - really better than almost any half mask I've dove. The double seal is a big improvement compared to the AGA mask, in my opinion.

Other handy features like the snorkel are a plus. I've forgotten to close it before diving and it's more of a irritation than a problem. The valve, even open, didn't let enough water in for me to notice a problem for about 10 minutes. After that I closed it and it was simple to purge the water out. I've had no bad experiences with this mask.
