This is about as good as an affordable yet all purpose BCD gets. I have used it for travel to tropical destinations (compact and light) and for single tank recreational dry suit diving in cold waters. No, it won't hold all your weight (mine anyway) for a cold water dive but it gets really close. I usually throw on a weight belt with about ten pounds on it and then put the rest in the Escape. No problems. Sturdy, Zeagle design. Nothing ground breaking here and not too many bells and whistles but IMHO that is all a good thing.

Great BCD. Has plenty of lift, but due to the bladderless design of the 35lbs wing it is very compact for travel. It is perfect w/ 10-18 lbs. of lead, but once you get up to around 24lbs its packed! I consider it the perfect BCD if you need something compact for travel, but sturdy enough to load up some weight weight for an occasional colder water dive. The construction is standard Zeagle which is great! I'm also a big supporter of the Zeagle Bx power inflator which makes cleaning the inside of the wing super easy.
