Lens cover does what it promises: protects your expensive dive computer from damage. Personally I think this is cheap insurance. As we know, all marine equipment, including dive gear, takes a beating, especially on boats. One hint: dunk the computer in a sink or bowl of water and apply the cover under water. Hold the cover in place while removing the computer from the water; then press out the water with a cotton towel. This method assures that all the bubbles are removed between the cover and screen.
