As many people have said, this is a great regulator. It is extremely easy to clean as the faceplate just screws off and the diaphragm and all pieces inside just pop out. Sand and any salt can easily be removed once this is apart.

One thing noted though, the effort adjustment knob does not have a stop in one direction. Honestly I can't tell if its in the direction of more or less effort because it isn't marked. You can just keep turning the knob ad infinium and it will continue to turn. If you go the other way there is a stop. I have spoken to others and this is common to all Delta IV's.

Also it should be noted that the DVT only works for the Yoke. There is no DIN DVT as of yet. I have been told by Oceanic that they are working on a DIN version but it is not out yet. You lose the DVT if you convert to DIN and the conversion kit itself costs nearly $75.

Solid reg, put 110 dives on it this year and only managed to make it freeflow at 130ffw 34deg water... and then only once! The dryvalve makes it a tad safer as it will keep most water out, on the other hand you cant check the filter for corrosion without taking it apart.

Fantastic regulator. I haven't had it extremely deep yet, but haven't had any problems with it. The mouthpiece isn't the most comfortable out of the box; I added a right-angle adapter and 40" Miflex hose and it helped jaw fatigue immensely. Keep and eye on the Venturi switch, it's easy to dislodge and on the surface this will freeflow like crazy.
