The 90 adapter is perfect for enabling smoother routing of a long primary regulator hose. On my rig, I use a 5' hose which is a little tight when I turn my head to the left, but with this adapter, I have full motion. DRIS's customer service is top notch and shipping is fast. Great company!

I route my hose under my right arm, so having a swivel at the second stage is great for comfort. I don't feel a thing when I turn my head- very comfortable. And DRIS assembled everything for me!

These right angle adapters allow for your 2nd stage to route under your right arm then up your chest. The main advantage is no hose "over the shoulder" to get caught up on things and pull the reg from your mouth, resulting in much better streamlining. Perfect when paired with a 40" Miflex hose, SO much more comfortable, no pulling/pushing when you turn your head and the hose is always in close to your body.
